First, you will receive your MD-REP-ID from your organization's MD-REP-ID administrator.
   Next, have your MD-REP-ID registered in your physician's MD-REP-ID contact book. (First time only)
   Then, your MR will make an appointment for the available visiting time slot disclosed by the physician. (or vice versa).
